What is MediVoucher?
MediVoucher is an Examination/Treatment Appointment System for Health Tourism. It’s not about only for treatment or curing your illness in Turkey. What do you provide for my accompanying person with whom I want to travel to Turkey for my treatment?
MediVoucher will always assist to you and to your accompanying person as well during your treatment for every possible service. Starting with the visa application, plane tickets (if needed), airport transfers and we will accommodate your close ones at their chosen hotel. We can provide them the necessary transfer when they want to visit you. Also, we will grant them Internet access to communicate with the relatives in your home country if needed. You can be sure that we have services to make you and your accompanying people feel safe and secure with comfort.
How long it will take my treatment?

When should I do my trip?
If your medical condition is not in an urgent case you should contact MediVoucher Team, so we can plan the most suitable time for your journey. Turkey has four seasons due to its geographical position. Because of the touristic attractions, summer season is the high season for tourism in Turkey. Compare to European countries Turkey in winter season also has spring weather conditions advantages. Especially in Antalya you can live at an 18-20 degree Celsius. We highly recommend that you have a talk with your doctor and MediVoucher Team before your travel.
Should I get examined before the trip?
Your doctor may need some tests before your trip in order to identify the best possible treatment for you. Your given laboratory test results, X-Ray, a medical report or any other necessary documents can be requested.
Can I meet with my doctor before the treatment?
Evet, tedaviden önce doktorunuzla bir görüşme organize edebiliriz. Ayrıca doktorunuzla, Skype veya Whatsapp ile iletişim kurabilirsiniz.
What will I get, if I get treated in Turkey?

How will be my treatment?

Do the doctors speak English?
The doctors in the hospitals with which we have agreement speak English actively. Because of their education and international connections some doctors can speak other international languages as well. The hospitals have professional translation services and it will be provided at any time in order to inform you and your relatives by the translators.
Will my insurance be covering my treatment in Turkey?
We recommend you to get in touch with your insurance company. We would like to remind you that most of the insurance policies may have different rules depending on the treatment.
